Honda Claims Highest Honors in TC America Powered by Skip Barber Qualifying with Loh, Hurczyn, and Bucknum
Excerpt from TC America Article:
Japanese driver Daijiro (Dai) Yoshihara appeared to be untouchable in the No. 99 VGRT Honda Civic Type-R TCX, setting a very fast time early in the session as he crept into the 1:47 minute mark, a feat that no other driver had been able to achieve. However, nothing is ever set in stone in the TCX class, as Kyle Loh came through on his final flying lap in the No. 73 LA Honda World Racing Honda Civic Type-R TCX to clinch pole position as the checkered flag waved. Only 0.093 seconds separated him from Yoshihara in second.
Colin Garrett followed up in third place in the No. 44, Rooster Hall Racing BMW M2 CS (Cup), with Lucas Catania in the No. 26 Rigid Speed Company BMW M2 CS (Cup) and Kenny Schmied in the No. 14 AOA Racing BMW M2 CS (Cup) finalizing the top five ahead of Race One.
