SHIPPING
All of the items for sale on this site are made to order by our supplier, so please allow time for the product to be created before it ships. Products usually take between 2-7 days to create and the average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the delivery destination. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number.
Shipping Rates – We charge for shipping in order to offset our costs since we are utilizing a third party fulfillment partner. We charge a flat rate for shipping, and are currently shipping to the following counties:

RETURNS
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
The return address is set by default to the facility of our printing and fulfillment partner. When a returned shipment has been received, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. If you do not use the specified return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Return Process – Please contact us if you wish to return any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for damaged products and size exchanges can be offered.
