Kyle was born in Southern California, in the city of Valencia. He currently resides in San Jose, California, which is conveniently situated halfway between Sonoma Raceway (his home racetrack) and world famous Laguna Seca in Monterey.
At age 16, Kyle began his motorsports career in karting. He competed in Senior Rotax at the Sanzaru Games Karting Championship, where he earned a 3rd place finish in his second year. In 2017, Kyle moved into the Pro Stock Honda shifter class and finished as the Vice Champion. He also secured wins at the Rotax Max Challenge of the Americas. In 2018, as a member of the Aluminos Factory Team, Kyle finished 3rd overall in the S3 class at SuperKarts! USA California Pro Kart Challenge.
Kyle also made the transition from karts to Formula 4 race cars with World Speed Motorsports that same year. He finished his rookie season in open wheel race cars as the Vice Champion during the IndyCar finale at Sonoma Raceway. Piloting the #5 Exclusive Racing Ligier JS F3 in 2021, Kyle drove a stellar season and won the Formula Pro USA FR Western Championship. This lead to Kyle being selected by Honda Racing HPD to partake in their GT3 Academy and learn about endurance racing from top level teams & professionals.
While pursuing his career in motorsports, Kyle is working as an instructor at Allen Berg Racing Schools and coaches for World Speed Motorsports, helping drivers hone their techniques around the world famous Laguna Seca and other west coast tracks.
Kyle was diagnosed with autism and ADHD at an early age. In 2022, Kyle founded Dreamzilla, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness about neurodiversity – the idea that neurological differences like autism and ADHD are the result of normal, natural variations in the human brain, and not deficits. Dreamzilla’s mission is to help other neurodivergent individuals find success by cultivating their unique talents and pursuing their passions.
